In Memory of Those We Lost: We Will Never Forget

Manchester Together

On the evening of May 22, 2017, the city of Manchester was forever changed. What was meant to be a joyful night of music and celebration at the Manchester Arena turned into a scene of tragedy and heartbreak. A suicide bomber detonated an explosive device at the end of an Ariana Grande concert, claiming the lives of 22 innocent people and injuring hundreds more. Today, we at MBH Global join the world in remembering the victims of this senseless act of terror and honouring their memories.

The Manchester Arena bombing was an attack on innocent concertgoers, many of whom were children and young people. The victims came from diverse backgrounds, reflecting the rich tapestry of Manchester’s community. Each of them had a story, dreams, and a future cruelly cut short by an act of hate.

In the immediate aftermath, the people of Manchester demonstrated remarkable resilience and solidarity. First responders, emergency services, and ordinary citizens showed immense bravery, rushing to help the injured and provide comfort to those in shock. Their actions embodied the true spirit of Manchester – a city united in the face of adversity.
