How does Macbook Trade-In Work?
At MBH Global we have a simple 4 step process for trading in a MacBook, supported by our tech experts:
- Step 1 – Share your MacBook Model Number with one of our experts using our chat tool and receive an instant, accurate, evaluation for your MacBook Trade-In.
- Step 2 – We’ll send you a protective laptop shipping box, a prepaid return label, and instructions. We also include your local drop off points. All we need is an address, and we’ll take care of the rest. We also offer collection services on 6 or more MacBooks for businesses.
- Step 3 – Once the MacBook has arrived at the MBH Global facility we will confirm valuation after which it will undergo a data wipe and a certificate of erasure will be issued via email.
- Step 4 – Once accepted, payment will be sent to a nominated bank account within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Trade-ins can be cancelled but the customer will be liable for the cost of the return at £20.00. If the return is requested after payment is issued and the data has been deleted the data cannot be restored and the item will only be returned once the payment has been returned to MBH Global.
All devices are wiped using Blanco Software and a certificate of deletion is issued to the customer.
MBH Global will send BACS transfers on the day the device is received and assessed to match the quoted condition.
